Service Description

Join Jessica and Emilie for a full-day retreat blending movement, nature, and floral artistry, set against the backdrop of North Norfolk's salt marshes and coastal beauty. Join us for a nourishing and immersive day, where we move with the landscape, gather inspiration from nature, and create with intention. Set in the Wild Yoga Garden, Burnham Deepdale, this retreat brings together embodiment, foraging, and floral artistry, offering a chance to slow down, reconnect, and craft something meaningful with your hands. Together, we will walk the saltmarsh, forage for coastal flora, and create our own floral cloud hangings, guided by floral artist Jessica, whose expertise in botanical design and creative floral installations will lead us into an intuitive, nature-inspired process of making. What Awaits You + Nature Immersion
Venture onto the salt marsh, moving through its wild beauty. A gentle, mindful walk offers the opportunity to forage coastal flora-sea lavender, grasses, and other treasures-to bring into your creative piece. + Movement & Embodiment
Begin the day with a grounding movement practice, settling into your body, breathing deeply, and arriving fully in the moment. + Creative Workshop
Under Jessica's guidance, you'll learn to create a floral cloud hanging, weaving together foraged and provided blooms into a beautiful, nature-inspired piece to take home. + Restorative Rituals
This retreat is designed to be slow, intentional, and deeply nourishing, offering space to rest, create, and connect with nature. + Seasonal Nourishment A wholesome, seasonal lunch will be shared at The Wild Yoga Garden, bringing together locally sourced ingredients in a moment of pause and connection.
