Service Description
This year, Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere takes place on Friday 20th December. This is the time of the shortest day, and the longest night of the year. A time for resting. For renewing. For retreating. A time for celebration also, welcoming the return of the light as the sun makes it’s way back northwards and we start the journey back towards summer, towards the light and towards the sun. We'll mark this evening with ritual, stillness, breathwork, and gentle movement. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. What to bring... Please check this address and amke sure you know how to get there. When Please arrive on time. Please don't arrive before 18:20pm, as we will be setting up the space. We will start as close to 18:30pm as possible.
