Selkie’s Call: An Evening of Transformation by the Tides An evening to re-connect: Wild Waters, Golden Light, and the Soulful Pull of Community Answer the ancient call of the Selkie—a mythical being of both sea and land—and step into an evening that invites liberation, connection, and transformation. Set amidst the vast, golden-hour creeks and salt marshes of Burnham Deepdale, this experience weaves together nature’s magic, folklore, and community, creating a space for self-discovery and renewal. What Awaits You → Begin with a grounding gentle yoga practice in our inviting 7m bell tent, evoking the Selkie’s journey between land and sea.
 → Ease into the warmth of our pop-up sauna, preparing your body for the transformative waters ahead.
 → Swim in the serene, high-tide creeks under the glow of golden light, immersing yourself in the beauty and stillness of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Let the water awaken your wild spirit and spark a deep connection to self and nature.
 → Gather afterward for drinks/food* in the pub as you share stories and laughter with a community of like-minded women.
 Practical Details → When: There are 3 dates for Selkie’s Call this Summer in June, July & August: + Thursday 26th June + Saturday 12th July + Friday 8th August → Where: The Wild Yoga Garden, Burnham Deepdale, at Dalegate Market, North Norfolk → Investment: £45 per gathering “This gathering is for those seeking balance, freedom, and connection. It’s for women ready to honor their cycles, reconnect with their bodies, and embrace the ebb and flow of their lives—like the Selkie, finding harmony between their wild and grounded selves.” What to Bring Please arrive in clothes you can move in, layers to keep you warm/ cool. Please bring a swimsuit, towel, dry robe for changing, warm clothing for afterwards, wet shoes are advised for walking to the creeks, gloves are optional for swimming.
